Radha was rated in The Top 50 Cheeriest Social Media Accounts by The Guardian and named Role Model for the Female Lead’s Disrupt Your Feed Campaign. She also writes a monthly newsletter providing insights and advice on wellbeing and reflections on the daily challenges we face. She is a member of Cybersmile’s Expert Advisory Panel and has worked as an expert for Meta and Think Young’s Collaboration ‘Our Feed, Our Future – Shaping a Safer Digital Space’ on their Youth and Parent’s Network. She is an Editorial Contributor for AllBright Women.

Radha has hosted several podcasts related to wellbeing including the weekly BBC Radio 1’s Life Hacks Podcast and the Winner of Best Health and Wellbeing Podcast (Publisher Podcast Award) ‘The Positive News Podcast – Developing Mental Wealth’. She was the co-host for the ‘Things I Forgot Were Good For Me’ podcast for 6 seasons and Podcast on Prescription for 4 seasons.
Radha is also a frequent guest speaker on popular podcasts relating to various topics related to health and wellbeing, including global health.

Dr Radha is a well-known and trusted voice of calm, reassurance and expert knowledge. She is an experienced voice over artist, working on television and digital content. She has contributed to BBC Match of the Day 2, BBC Ideas, CBBC, BBC Bitesize, BBC Radio 1 and BBC i Wonder. Dr Radha has also narrated her own debut book ‘Know Your Own Power’ which is hosted on Audible and Kindle.

Radha is an expert working with the Roots Health Academy, developed by Intelligent Health in collaboration with the College of Medicine delivering health creation talks to corporate organisations and employees with topics including work life balance, relationships, optimism and hope, and managing the impact of global world news and social media.
Dr Radha is an experienced chair, panellist, keynote speaker, and event host for charities, corporate clients and arts and cultural organisations. Radha is a regular speaker at wellbeing festivals including NHS Health & Care Innovation Expo, Camp Bestival, The Big Retreat, Mind, Body & Spirit Olympia London, Cheltenham Wellbeing Festival and Headstock Festival, amongst others.
Radha is a Commissioner for Sport Changes Lives (Youth Sports Trust) and has been an advisor and consultant to charities (Shout, HUMEN), corporate clients (UCAS) and wellbeing (NHS, Nuffield Health) as well as for individual arts & cultural projects.
Radha delivers wellbeing workshops in the workplace and for corporate clients and has worked with Women at the BBC, ACS International Schools, The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, BBC Children in Need, The Princes Trust, Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, Intelligent Squared, Media City, Group GTI, arts & cultural groups as well as community groups, universities and schools globally.
